đ Welcome at our AN Rafting base
Upon arrival, your guide will greet you and explain how the day will unfold.
𧳠Equipment
Head to the changing rooms (separate male/female facilities with toilets and hot showers) to get ready. Just bring a swimsuit to wear under the reinforced neoprene wetsuit we provide. We also lend neoprene socks and booties, a helmet, and a life jacket.
đ Transfer to the starting point
A shuttle will take you to the put-in spot at Bourg Saint Maurice (about 15 minutes). Enjoy the views and listen to your guideâs initial briefing!
đ Pre-descent briefing
Before you embark on your adventure, our certified guides will teach you everything you need to know: how to sit in the raft, paddling techniques, safety rules, and what to do in case of a fall.

The rafts hit the water for an exciting 1.5-hour descent, featuring the famous rapids of Aime!
đ Midway stop at the base
After the first rafting section, take a break at our base and prepare for the next part of the adventure: hydrospeed!
đ Back in the water!
Gear up for hydrospeed! After a fresh briefing, dive in and let the river carry you for about 1h15 to 1h30 of pure adrenaline.
đ Return to base
At the end, a shuttle will bring you back to our base in 10 minutes, where you can change and enjoy hot showers.
