Your Questions, Our Answers!
No, it’s a low-impact activity. You’ll only need to walk a few steps during takeoff and landing!
If you have knee or back issues and are worried about the landing, just let your pilot know — they’ll make sure your landing is gentle and comfortable! 😀
Actually, no! Contrary to what you might think, you don’t feel vertigo while paragliding.
All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the ride!
It depends on the flight you choose.
For flights in Annecy, the meeting point is at the Doussard landing area.
For flights in Savoie, it will be either near Bourg-Saint-Maurice or Aime.
Don’t worry, we’ll provide you with all the details.

You should always bring a pair of closed, comfortable shoes for the short run during takeoff and landing, and don’t forget your sunglasses!
As for the rest, it depends on the weather. In summer, if it’s warm, you can fly in shorts and a T-shirt — as long as you’re not too sensitive to the cold (we recommend avoiding very short shorts because of the harness straps on your thighs).
If it’s cooler, wear long pants and a windbreaker.
The minimum weight to paraglide is 25 kg, and the maximum is 120 kg.
For participants between 95 and 120 kg, it’s best to fly in the mid-afternoon when the thermal breeze is stronger — this makes takeoff easier and safer.
